I started my online retail business with just $200 and an iPhone, figuring out social media, sales, and marketing from scratch. Within a year, I scaled to over $400K in sales, expanded into wholesale, and got my products into 500+ stores across North America. Through years of trial, error, and growth, I’ve learned what actually works—and what’s just a waste of time.
Now, I use that experience to help other business owners cut through the noise, find what’s holding them back, and focus on what will move the needle on their business,
Where it all started.
Year One. My Garage.
My business started small—like really small. Every order was packed in my garage, I learned social media marketing by trial and error, and I was just hoping people would actually buy what I was selling. And they did. $400K in sales later, I knew I was onto something.
Year Two. Still at Home, But Growing. Year two.
I couldn’t keep up with orders alone, so I built a small (and incredible) team. We started hand-making every arrangement from my house, shipping orders across Canada and the U.S. Then, we took a big leap—wholesale. Our products started showing up in stores, and suddenly, this wasn’t just a small side business anymore.
Year Three. New Warehouse/Wholesale
Wholesale took off. We got our products into hundreds of stores and physically couldn’t keep up from home anymore. It was time to move into our own warehouse, expand our operations, and scale the business to the next level.
Year Four. A 72k Sales Record.
By year four, I had figured out the formula—not just for selling, but for selling big. I found a winning holiday product, cracked the code on creating high-converting content, and built a launch strategy that turned momentum into massive sales.
The result? A single sale event that brought in $72K in revenue
And Now…
My retail business runs without me because I built the systems, brought on the right people, and put everything in place for it to grow—without me being in the day-to-day.
